In therapy, I find the best way I can help you is by us working together. As a therapist, I am interactive so that together as a team, we help you get through the situations that bring you to therapy. As a licensed professional counselor and board certified art therapist, you have the opportunity, if you so wish, to use art to facilitate insight and change. In addition to working with adults, I also work with children and adolescents whose parents have divorced, are ill or who are deceased. Many of our children need additional coping skills and support as their worlds are filled with exciting opportunities but also challenges.
