I have had a long-standing passion for psychology, which started in childhood. I have experienced challenges from early age including my parents' divorce, loss of family members and generational trauma coupled with my own journey through mental health, confidence and self-esteem. I have a passion to help people and understand the challenges and uncertainty life brings. I understand how important it is to provide compassion and understanding when processing life challenges. There are times when we believe that our past defines us, labels or that change is not possible. Currently, I work with children, teens, young adults and adults to identify their struggles and hurts and help them find out who they are, where that comes from and replace them with truths.
