I use an eclectic range of therapeutic tools from evidenced-based modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, strength-based, and trauma-informed approaches. I frame therapy from an underpinning of neuroscience perspective and relational aspects of being human.
