I am trained in several therapeutic modalities, including The Gottman Method for couples, Emotionally Focused/Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. I have an office in Vienna/Tysons Corner but also offer HIPPA compliant tele-therapy for video and phone sessions.
