The Institute for Personal Growth consists of a group of licensed psychotherapists in New Jersey who provide expert and compassionate psychotherapy services to people from all walks of life, concerning a vast number of issues and using a wide range of techniques and approaches in psychotherapy. With psychotherapy and counseling offices in HIGHLAND PARK, JERSEY CITY, FREEHOLD, we are easily reachable from most of northern and south/central New Jersey as well as from New York City. We accept most insurance and have affordable fees. Our large staff has the experience, qualifications and specializations in virtually every conceivable concern and area of mental health and psychology. As a result we are one of New Jersey's most renowned and respected psychotherapy practices, having been founded in 1983. We are widely known for ground-breaking work in the sex therapy field and have multiple AASECT-certified sex therapists on staff, but we serve the entire public with our individual, family and relationship therapy services. We work with kids, teens and adults, and help with problems that range from stress and depression, low self-esteem, addictions, family problems, relationship and marriage concerns to loss and grief. We are also internationally recognized for our expertise with sexual minorities: lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender, as well as people in the kink and polyamory communities.
