Hi there. My name is Jade Burns. I provide individual counseling services to adults (ages 18+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and related concerns. I am passionate about assisting clients learn how to find what works for them and making small changes to improve their day to day. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to share their stories and be heard.

Approach Description: My approach to counseling is to meet clients where they are and utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to meet individual needs. I work with each client to determine what they want their therapy journey to look like and how we can collaborate to get there. In our first session, we will explore what leads you to seek out therapy and gives me a chance to get to know you and your history. In the following sessions, we will focus on processing your day to day and focusing on what will be most helpful to you. We will discuss coping skills and other techniques to help make the day to day better.
