Life is hard—and when we dare to really live, it can leave us overwhelmed, exhausted, or quietly hurting. I don’t believe this means something is wrong with you; I believe it means you’re human. Whether you’re longing to feel more at home in yourself, struggling in a relationship that matters deeply, or navigating a season of transition or loss, therapy can offer a steady place to pause and make sense of what you’re carrying. My work with individuals, couples, and families is grounded in presence, honesty, and compassion, helping you reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and love that already live within you. Sometimes we don’t need fixing—we need a trusted guide and a safe space to remember who we are. If you’re here, it tells me you’ve been open, and openness often comes with wounds. I would be honored to walk alongside you as we gently explore your story and open new possibilities for peace, clarity, and a more fully lived life.

Treatment Approach
- Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) Trauma-informed therapy that helps individuals explore deeply held, painful emotional experiences within a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is integrative, depth-oriented, and deeply relational. I prioritize lived experience in the here and now, working with emotions, the body, and the nervous system—not just thoughts or behaviors—to help bring what is implicit into awareness and healing. Drawing from attachment theory, depth psychology, and contemplative spirituality, I view symptoms not as problems to eliminate but as meaningful signals pointing toward unmet needs, unresolved pain, and deeper longings. At the heart of my work is presence: creating a safe, attuned relationship where authenticity is welcomed and transformation can emerge organically. Therapy becomes a place to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the wisdom and life that already exist within you, allowing greater integration, freedom, and aliveness to unfold.

Life is hard and at times can leave us feeling overwhelmed or exhausted. This is not a sign something is wrong with us, but that we are daring to really live. Whether you are seeking to become a better version of yourself, struggling in an important relationship, or facing a life transition, therapy can provide the support you need to move forward. I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping them to become more present to themselves and others, enabling them to experience more peace, love, and joy in their daily lives.
I have found that we all have within ourselves what we are longing for. I have also learned that we sometimes need a trusted guide to help us discover what has been there all along. I would be honored to be a trusted guide on your journey. As we create a safe space for authenticity and acceptance, you will discover new possibilities opening up before you.
I applaud you for your courage. The fact you are looking for a therapist reveals you have been open and consequently been hurt. I don't believe any of us suffer because something is wrong with us, but because suffering is part of the human experience. Perhaps together we can make sense of the suffering and help you live your best life.
