I specialized in my work with individuals and couples experiencing grief or loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, I am grounded in the Companioning philosophy for Grief, and I am Gottman Relationship Method trained. I see clients in person in the NEAR southside of Fort Worth and virtually across Texas.
If you feel like you are always holding things together while feeling disconnected or overwhelmed inside, you are not alone. Many adults reach a point where coping is no longer enough and something needs to shift. Therapy can help you understand your patterns and begin creating steadier, more sustainable ways of living and relating.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: I work with adults and couples who want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and create changes that last beyond the therapy room. Many of the people I work with experience a constant internal pressure to perform, provide, or stay in control, or feel stuck in the same relationship patterns despite wanting something different. In our work together, we focus on making sense of your experiences, identifying patterns that are no longer helpful, and developing practical ways to respond differently to stress, emotions, and relationships. Whether you are navigating stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or a sense of feeling emotionally stuck, we move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of where you are.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. My goal is to make the process feel approachable and supportive while helping you move toward meaningful change. If you are considering therapy and want a calm, thoughtful space to begin, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation to see if working together feels right.

Many of the people I work with are used to handling things on their own and reach out when that approach no longer feels sustainable. You may be carrying stress that never fully shuts off, repeating the same patterns in relationships, or feeling pressure to keep it together without having space to slow down and sort through what is actually going on.
My approach is collaborative and steady. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or being told what to do. It is about creating a space where you can talk openly, reflect honestly, and begin to feel more clear and settled over time. I aim to help clients feel less reactive, more emotionally aware, and better equipped to handle challenges as they arise. Over time, many clients begin to feel less reactive, more emotionally steady, and more confident in how they respond to stress and relationships.
