- Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefits plan. We will double-check your eligibility and will let you know prior to your first sessions any financial responsibility such as a copay. If you do not have insurance and cannot afford the self-pay rate, we will make every effort to explore affordable options with you.
