Approach Description: My approach varies client to client. Overall, I enjoy experiential therapies and I believe in the healing power of connecting the mind and the body. So often, those parts of individuals are operating out of sync. I prefer a more holistic approach to working with clients, that includes building understanding of family of origins, current family, lifestyle choices, diet, overall wellness and compassion with a dash of tough love as needed.

Jennifer Ann Practice Description
My primary practice is in Castle Rock. I have been a massage therapist since 2010 and my passion for helping others emotionally was built upon the relationships I shared with clients. I became a health and wellness coach in 2016 and my desire to help others continued to grow. I completed my Master's in Art with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2023. My Castle Rock location shares my modalities, including a therapy 'nook' and a massage area.
