I get it—life and relationships can be messy, confusing, and deeply personal. I work with individuals and couples navigating love, identity, and life transitions, bringing a warm, direct approach that meets you where you are. Whether in-person or virtual, our sessions are a space for insight, clarity, and a few “aha” moments along the way. I also weave in humor and real-life perspective when it feels right—because therapy shouldn’t be all serious all the time.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.

As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals, couples, and families move beyond the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and parts work. Together, we'll work to strengthen communication, build emotional resilience, improve self-esteem, and create relationships that feel more secure and connected.
My favorite work is helping couples rediscover closeness, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional and physical intimacy. I also love supporting young women through anxiety, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and the challenges of figuring out who they want to be.
