Many of my clients feel anxious or lost going through their daily lives, whether it's at work, at home, or within interpersonal relationships. This can manifest as intrusive thinking, depression, feeling disconnected from oneself and others, and having difficulty making change. I specialize in helping clients identify how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected, as well as looking inside to deepen self-awareness and understanding. I provide feedback, support, and guidance that help clients see into their inner worlds and better understand how they can improve their sense of wellbeing.
My approach to therapy is integrative, taking into account your unique amalgam of life experiences and personal identity. I take clients through conversations about their past and current ways of navigating the world and encourage introspection about how past experiences inform the present as well as existential questions such as how you make meaning.
