Treatment Approach
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Contemplative Psychotherapy Combines mindfulness and meditation practices with modern psychology. It encourages awareness and compassion as part of the healing process.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.

I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy — a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps you explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment or shame. Rather than pushing away difficult emotions or inner critics, IFS invites you to understand them, heal the parts of yourself carrying pain or trauma, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom and capacity for change.
My approach draws on the strengths of modern neuroscience as well as contemplative practices including mindfulness to help you bring new insight and a compassionate perspective to whatever challenges you are facing in your life.
I help adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, psychedelic integration and LGBTQ+ concerns. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. I bring warmth, curiosity, and years of experience to every session — meeting you exactly where you are.
I believe you already carry the medicine you need. Therapy is simply the space where your inner knowing and healing can emerge.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation and would be honored to connect with you.
