- Online Therapy Details: Telehealth via SimplePractice
My practice is a telehealth-only service available to residents of Arkansas statewide, and I have been in private practice since the early part of 2023. The services are provided via a secure video platform that is part of my electronic record system which is called SimplePractice. Clients are able to complete all needed documents inside the secure system, and can send private secure messages to me whenever they want. I am currently scheduling appointments Tuesday through Friday each week with available times ranging from late morning to early evening. I can also schedule a free 15-minute consultation upon request for potential new clients. For new clients the typical pattern is to begin with weekly appointments which can become less frequent as progress is made, but frequency of sessions is flexible depending on each client's individual needs. Sessions are planned to be one hour in length, beginning with the intake or assessment appointment and followed by the individual session appointments. Including significant others in services is available on a case-by-case basis, with the primary focus on individual services.
