I believe therapy is most meaningful when it helps people develop a deeper understanding of themselves while creating practical change in their everyday lives. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck in a difficult transition, or trying to change patterns that have been affecting your relationships or well-being, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with greater clarity.
As a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience, I work with adolescents, adults, and families. My background includes inpatient and outpatient care, emergency settings, and university counseling environments. These experiences have shaped my belief that effective therapy requires both a thoughtful understanding of each person’s individual circumstances and a willingness to adapt treatment to their specific needs.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I integrate cognitive-behavioral strategies with Internal Family Systems and other therapeutic approaches when appropriate. I am interested not only in helping clients manage symptoms, but also in understanding the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that contribute to their difficulties. Together, we identify meaningful goals and develop strategies that support lasting growth.
I have particular experience working with anxiety, panic, OCD, insomnia, depression, trauma, grief, self-image concerns, and major life transitions. I also work with parents and families who are navigating challenges in communication, relationships, and emotional well-being.
I recognize that beginning therapy can feel unfamiliar or difficult, and finding the right therapist matters. My goal is to create an environment in which you feel respected, understood, and comfortable being honest. I see therapy as a partnership, one in which we work together to help you feel more capable, connected, and engaged in your life.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
