Approach Description: My treatment approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapies, and creative interventions to support the whole person—mind, body, and nervous system. Whether we're working through trauma, emotional dysregulation, or substance use, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I believe therapy should honor your individual pace and process.

Kimberly Zacher Practice Description
My practice is rooted in the belief that healing is possible when we are met with compassion, presence, and the right support. I offer online therapy for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, and substance use. As a dual-licensed clinician, I bring extensive experience treating both mental health and substance use concerns, recognizing the complexity and connection between the two. I provide a nonjudgmental space for clients to explore the patterns that keep them stuck and to move toward meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based modalities. Whether you're processing unresolved trauma, working to reduce harmful behaviors, or seeking to deepen your self-awareness, I tailor our work to meet your specific needs and goals. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. My priority is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel respected, heard, and empowered to heal. Together, we’ll work at your pace, building insight, resilience, and the tools needed for real transformation. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to do it alone.
