I became a therapist to help others realize that we are all resilient beings capable of functioning better while working alongside life’s challenges. Based on my own experience as an adult, I too have had to learn the appropriate educational tools and coping skills to show up each day at my best …despite life’s hardships. I am an active listener, who will be respectful and create a relaxing, nurturing, therapeutic space where you will feel supported and empowered. I specialize in working with individuals to help identify where they are, and where they want to be and help devise tangible objectives to get there. Through patience and acceptance, I believe therapy can aid individuals in recognizing problems, learning about symptoms, as well as learning self-awareness to change their thoughts and behaviors.
