I help people have better sex and relationships using my advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as my training as an AASECT certified sex therapist. Together we will look at the patterns that are keeping you and your partner(s) stuck, then work to challenge those patterns to help create a different experience of intimacy and connection. We'll look at your past relationships, childhood, and experiences and how they are impacting you today, so you can learn to break patterns that are keeping you stuck.
