Approach Description: I know seeking out therapy can be a big step. I take time to learn each client's story and how they arrived where they are today. I tend to use the first few sessions to gather information and then create a treatment plan, which will guide our treatment and make sure that we are aligned on therapy goals. I then utilize evidence-based interventions, or strategies that have been proven to help particular symptoms based on research. I implement interventions in a flexible way and am always happy to alter our plan if you have something pressing to discuss. I offer clients new insights about themselves and have a knack for seeing untapped potential.
