My primary goal when working with a client is to engage in reflective listening and be fully present. I utilize multiple modalities such as: Therapeutic Imagery, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Therapeutic and Creative Journaling, and Ericksonian Hypnosis.
