I feel honored to walk beside you on your journey and will help you reach your best self. Life is challenging and having a safe space to process hard emotions and develop a plan going forward is the goal of my practice. I have a special interest in working with adolescent girls, women and men in life transitions-career change, new parents, empty nester stage, divorce etc. Transitions provide an extra level of stress to life and I am here to help you plot out your future plan and to manage emotions around this difficult time.
