inspirational. However, for the majority of people, it can be a tough concept to
connect with.
We are just not wired in a way that
teaches us how to let go of our
insecurities. Our insecurities leave us more vulnerable when challenging
moments come along. It’s hard just to all of a sudden just harness the belief ( when things are tough) that, we ARE enough.

For some the Solution Focused-Brief Therapy model, integrated with CBT, everything is not cut and dry and many methods may be incorporated to meet your needs. I also tap into other therapeutic modalities such ad mindfulness based practice, DBT, and NLP, overall staying fluid.
