I love to help people improve the way they feel and their overall life experience by teaching them how to shift their thoughts and their focus onto more positive aspects. When we feel better, our life reflects that. Our thoughts/feelings are creative and what most do not know is that they are creating their life unconsciously with their thoughts, and their attention. Most people are focusing on what makes them unhappy, or on what they do not have, their fears or worries, and are convinced that they are not good enough. I am passionate about teaching people how to use their minds and their hearts to create a better and more enjoyable life. Life is supposed to feel good! I can show you how to live a better and more fulfilling life.

Treatment Approach

  • Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
  • Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
  • Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
  • Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: I help people learn to let go of stressful and negative emotions and stories and learn new, healthy and effective techniques that improve and enrich their health and their lives. Learning how to create coherence in the heart and the mind is key to this optimal life renewing state.

You are a creator with pure potential! You don't have to suffer, you can shift your suffering into joy, as long as you shift your focus. Your life experience can be your best teacher, and the messes you have made in your life can be the very message you need to shift it, as long as you can see it, and remain open. Being open and flexible is the key to change. Did you know that the way you see things is directly correlated to how you see the world, and your beliefs. Beliefs are usually handed down to us by our parents, our society and culture, and beliefs can also hold you back. I will teach you how to notice your thoughts without being consumed by them. You will learn how to notice your thoughts as that, simply thoughts and not YOU! You are the being having the thoughts, and you can also chose to let them go. Letting go is an integral part of change and healing and can move your life from misery to miracles. I will teach you how to reduce and eliminate ongoing anxiety and depression with practical and effective mindfulness practices. When you are being mindful of the present moment, you are not able to focus on the past, or on your fears or worries about the future. You will learn how to be here now, in the present moment with balance and ease. I will show you how to shift into a positive renewing state that can become your new baseline, and how to shift from stress to coherence as needed. Gratitude is also a large part of my practice, because when you shift your focus onto the things in life that you truly appreciate, you shift your focus from what is wrong to what is right, and you feel great! Gratitude is the feeling/energy that brings more to be grateful for! Feeling good is actually good for you!
