My professional journey is deeply rooted in a commitment to fostering healing and resilience in the lives of individuals facing emotional challenges. I have worked for over 15 years with children, adolescents, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed with worry, stress, and trauma. Their progress and bravery has inspired me to narrow my focus to deliver the highest quality care with empathy and thoughtfulness. My focus has been dialectical behavior therapy, treating anxiety with cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, helping clients find a life worth living beyond their depression, combining behavioral interventions with cognitive strategies, and helping clients take control of their lives by actively making changes. Our past experiences contribute to who we are today but do not have to control our future.
