Meena Jeanes (She/Her)

I believe that all humans are capable of growth and that each person possesses the strengths and skills to overcome life’s obstacles. In difficult times, understanding and accessing those strengths can be very challenging. My goals as a therapist are: to provide you with a safe space to tell your story, to support you as we work together to identify challenges and create goals, and help you tap into your strengths and skills to reach those goals. I focus on creating a continually supportive environment for each client and recognize that each client is the expert in their own life.
