Blue Wren Therapy provides individual and relationship counselling. Appointments are available face to face, walk and talk, phone or online. My therapy assistant/dog Sasha is in the office Mondays- Thursdays. She is a small blind chihuahua with a heart of gold. She loves welcoming clients and receiving pats during sessions. She is a highlight for most clients, however, if you have concerns get in contact and we will discuss options. Wrens are said to arrive in your life to guide you through dark times, by assisting you to accept and adapt to change and seek out greater experience and meaning in your life. Blue Wren Therapy endeavors to be the wren who supports, inspires and motivates you to work through these difficult times. Blue Wren Therapy is an inclusive practice that welcomes and embraces diversity. Support is provided for a broad range of concerns including life transitions, relationship issues, grief, burn out, anxiety and stress, sexuality and gender identity, depression and person development.
