For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to what lives beneath the surface — the unspoken tension in a room, the quiet ache behind someone’s words, the patterns that repeat in our lives no matter how hard we try to outgrow them. Counseling, for me, was never just a profession; it was I felt passionate about. Training refined it. Time and practice deepened it.
I’ve spent over 14 years walking alongside people in the most vulnerable, honest, and transformative moments of their lives. I’ve worked in residential settings, universities, private practice — and now run therapy group built around one core belief: meaningful change is possible when people feel seen, not managed.

Treatment Approach
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: Therapy with me is both refuge and challenge. It’s a space where we make contact with the parts of you that have been hidden, pushed away, or overly polished. It’s not about “fixing” — it’s about remembering who you are beneath the layers you’ve had to wear.

I believe in working relationally, in slowing things down enough to listen for the story beneath the story. My work is grounded in interpersonal frameworks, shaped by attachment theory, and always attuned to the power of language and the therapeutic relationship itself.
Online therapy has expanded my reach, but not diluted the depth of my work. I meet clients across the country who are high-achieving yet lonely, successful yet unsatisfied — people who are tired of trying to “think” their way out of feeling stuck. Together, we do something more honest. More human.
