I love to work with couples in conflict, frustrated parents, teens who are struggling in school or struggling with their family, and women navigating depression, grief, anxiety, trauma or intimate relationships. I will be in your corner and I will work to gain your trust. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and strength-based approaches with a culturally sensitive lens to navigate things like family conflict and healing from abuse or neglect. I also use Gottman Method couples counseling to help couples increase their communication and emotional connection.   • Average Session Fee Our average client pays just $25 a session because we are in-network with most insurances.
Insurance

  • Our center is in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Horizon, BCBS, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, and 1199 plans. We are out of network with GHI, Amerihealth and others but we can check your out of network coverage and submit claims on your behalf. We do not accept NJ Family Care, Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare Plans and are not able to submit claims for these plans. We are in the process of joining Medicare--coming soon!
