Using a combination of neurofeedback and talk therapy, we help guide clients towards improved self-insight, effective support, and realistic changes in order to rearrange life to "fit better." We work with clients (ages 5 & up) to overcome life's challenges from the past and present. This includes things such as anxiety, self-harm & depression, relational struggles, abuse & trauma recovery, grief, self-image, and sexuality issues. We welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, levels of romantic/sexual interest, body shapes & sizes, and relational dynamics as well as ethnicities & spiritual beliefs in the fullness of who they are. We see therapy as a cooperative effort, where client and provider co-create the therapeutic plan to ensure the client receives the support they are seeking. Whatever goal you want to accomplish, we will find a path to reach it together! We use neurofeedback as well with most clients to help reach your goals more effectively & efficiently.
