We will discuss and identify aspects of your life that may contribute to stress such as relationships and how you cope. Are there lifestyle factors that improve or detract from your quality of life? Depending on your response to medications, we may use one medication, change medication, or add and combine medications. We will review treatment options together, including medication and non-medication approaches. Progress will be reviewed, changes made together. It is important to take action.
