Hi! My name is Omer and I'm a licensed therapist based in LA. My expertise is in supporting my clients understand themselves on a deeper level, recover from trauma, foster joy and improve relationships. Together, we’ll build awareness around anxieties, fears, triggers, or conflicts that get in the way of connection with others. We’ll work to identify your needs and further develop skills to communicate them. We'll spend time calling attention to beliefs, behaviors, "shoulds" and narratives that might no longer serve you. My approach to therapy is integrative and rooted in a relational lens, focusing on attachments, dynamics, and narratives. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+, men, creative professionals, and people facing life transitions such as coming out, starting a new career, or entering parenthood.
