Raquel Molina Practice Description
I am a trauma-informed EMDR therapist and integrate somatic and mindfulness work with my clients. I specialize working with young adults who are having a hard time adjusting to life transitions, such as moving out, going to college, relationship stress, breakups, death of a loved one, divorce of parents and other situations that may cause some level of distress. I work with adults at any age experiencing PTSD, anxiety, most anxiety disorders, panic attacks, perinatal/postpartum depression or gender dysphoria. I am a first-generation Nicaraguan-American, fluent in Spanish, and have personal understanding of cultural and sociological challenges a person may face regarding mental health stigma in the Hispanic community.
