Treatment Approach

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
  • Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and centered on respect for your lived experience. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor our work to your unique needs, goals, and values, moving at a pace that feels supportive and safe. Together, we gently explore patterns, inner experiences, and protective strategies that have developed over time, always with curiosity and compassion. Therapy is not about fixing or forcing change, but about building awareness, strengthening self-trust, and creating space for meaningful shifts to emerge naturally. When helpful, we also focus on identifying strengths, resources, and practical steps that support movement toward the life you want to live. I hold a deeply strength-based perspective, recognizing resilience even in places that may feel confusing or heavy. My role is to walk alongside you while offering support, reflection, and grounding as you reconnect with yourself, honor your capacity for growth, and move toward change that feels authentic and sustainable.

RayAnne Climer Practice Description
My practice is a gentle, trauma-informed space for people who feel worn down from carrying too much for too long. You may notice old wounds resurfacing as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, a sense of being on edge, or difficulty feeling safe and grounded in your day-to-day life. Therapy here is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and explore what’s coming up with care and curiosity — not pressure. I work collaboratively with clients to understand the inner parts, roles, and protective strategies that developed in response to life experiences. Rather than trying to “fix” or push anything away, we focus on building safety, compassion, and trust within yourself, moving at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. I believe healing happens best when every part of you feels welcome. My approach is affirming and inclusive, with particular experience supporting women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those navigating infertility, reproductive challenges, or nontraditional paths to parenthood. I strive to offer a space that honors your identity, lived experience, and resilience. All sessions are offered via telehealth, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, support through a life transition, or a deeper connection with yourself, I aim to walk alongside you with warmth, respect, and care as you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
