Besides being trained as a psychotherapist, I have a background in nutrition and holistic health coaching. I marry these two skillsets to offer a "whole person", integrative approach to treatment. I specialize in helping individuals with trauma, disordered eating/eating disorders, body image and weight issues and dissociative disorders. I also work with individuals, couples and families who are having relationship issues, going through transitions, experiencing depression or anxiety, or just need support at this time in their lives.
