I offer insight-oriented therapy that helps to uncover and overcome patterns that you've been stuck in. I help with what self-help books and AI cannot do: see you, listen to you, and connect the dots between what you're struggling with now, and how it may be impacted by experiences you may have had, or wished you would have had. I work best with individuals who are motivated to change and understand that lasting change takes time and effort.
