Something in you already knows, even if you haven't quite found the words for it yet. You're the one everyone leans on, the one who's always had it together, and you're very good at making sure nobody sees the parts that don't. Managing and being ok aren't always the same thing. Counselling starts with helping your nervous system settle, so your decisions come from your values, not just your stress. Some of what you're carrying makes more sense once it's said out loud. I've spent years helping people get there, drawing on more than two decades in business and leadership before I trained as a counsellor, so I understand the kind of pressure you're under. I founded KMentors Group, a coaching and counselling practice, to offer exactly this kind of work. You don't need a crisis to justify reaching out. Send me a message, and we'll take it from there.

Treatment Approach

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
  • Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: No two sessions look quite the same, because no two weeks are the same for you. I offer counselling, working through where a pattern started and what's keeping it in place now. I'm trauma-informed, both through trauma training in my counselling qualification and my background as a certified coach, so pace and safety matter to me as much as progress does. My style is intuitive as much as it's evidence-based. I don't run everyone through the same process. I work with both body and mind, using tapping and mindfulness alongside person-centred counselling and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and which one shows up in a session depends on what you bring that day, not a fixed program. My coaching background also shapes how I work. I tend to stay curious about what you actually want to move toward, not just what's been hard. If any of this sounds like where you're at, I'd be glad to talk it through with you. You don't have to explain everything up front. We'll work it out together, one conversation at a time.

Rebekah Kittl Practice Description
KMentors Group is an online counselling and coaching practice based in Melbourne, Victoria, working with clients across Australia. I hold certification as a Certified Practising Counsellor with Certified Practising Counsellor Australia and an ICF accreditation as a professional coach (ACC). Most of my clients are professionals who may appear "fine" from the outside. Underneath, they're managing anxiety, stress, or the exhaustion of holding everything together for everyone else. Some are facing a career decision they can't quite name yet. Others just need somewhere to share the things they've been carrying alone. I work from a person-centred approach, drawing on ACT and tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) where it's useful. My background in positive psychology coaching also means our work isn't only about what's gone wrong. It includes what you actually want your life and work to look like. Sessions are held online, so location isn't a barrier. You don't need a crisis to start. If something in this sounds familiar, send me a message and we'll take it from there.
