Approach Description: Many of my clients come to therapy after trying multiple approaches but still struggle with chronic stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or physical symptoms that don't fully resolve. My approach blends psychotherapy with nervous system-informed and somatic practices, helping clients understand how past experiences may be affecting their present-day emotional and physical well-being. Together, we work toward healing that is not just understood in the "mind" but felt throughout the body.
