Approach Description: I am a registered clinical psychologist and a child and adolescent psychotherapist. I take a psychodymamic approach to the therapy I provide, which recognises that all behaviour has meaning and is also an important communication. It involves understanding our early and later childhood history and how the events of the past affect our present lives and experience. Once this is understood people, can make important connections that empower them to address unhelpful cycles of behaviour and create positive changes in their lives.
