I am a Marriage and Family Therapist working towards licensure by the end of 2024. I am supervised under Rachel Miller at Hold the Vision Therapy. I have been practice for 2+ years working with individuals, families, couples, and other relational configurations. My specialties include working with intimate and familial relationships on building health communication; establishing boundaries; building trust; infidelity recovery; conflict resolution; and intimacy concerns. I also work with individual issues such as processing life stage transitions, including grief and loss; exploring identity and sense of self; processing trauma; managing stress, anxiety, and depression; and men's issues, including intimacy and vulnerability. As a queer woman, I understand the importance of providing a poly and LGBTQIA+ affirming space for my clients to feel safe to explore their identity and relationships. As a white woman, I am committed to the internal and external work of anti-racism and dismantling oppressive systems in the therapy space and in my community.
