What we tell ourselves is powerful. Our thoughts have an amazing influence over how we view ourselves and relate to the world around us. I often tell my clients that being aware of the connection between what we think, what we feel, and how we act is the " secret to life." This is often the first step in helping us make the changes that we want and/or need to make.
