With a lifelong passion to help people, I pursued a career as a certified life and health coach. As a coach, I am committed to guiding my clients on a transformative journey towards reaching their goal and sometimes that even starts with setting the goal initially. My mission is to inspire and empower those I work with to overcome obstacles, learn about and call upon your strengths and embrace personal growth all while getting you towards the finish line of the goal that you've set. Approach & Experience: With a diverse background and experiences in psychology, life and health coaching and leadership development, I bring diversity of thought and knowledge to my coaching practice. I understand the importance of tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each client and we start with a complimentary coaching consultation call to determine if we are a fit in a coach/client relationship.
