Hello. It’s so nice to meet you. My practice philosophy is that everyone has good in them. I meet people where they are, find that good, and help them use it to improve their lives. When a client meets with me, they will find me non-judgmental, kind, and gentle. I like to meet people where they are and use their strengths to help them move forward toward healing. This is a partnership so I will never force a client to discuss something that they don’t want to. Instead, by creating a safe place to step outside of their comfort zones I help them to confront their difficulties with my support.
