I see therapy as a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest and supportive. My work is grounded in curiosity, respect, and collaboration, with an emphasis on helping clients feel understood. I am deeply interested in how lived experience, identity, and nervous system responses shape the ways we cope, relate, and make meaning. My hope is to support you in developing insight and practical tools that foster self-trust, emotional flexibility, and a greater sense of agency in your life.

Treatment Approach

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
  • Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
  • Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, informed by relational, somatic, and mindfulness-based frameworks. With training in yoga and mind-body practices, I blend talk therapy with somatic awareness, honoring how our bodies hold stress and past experiences. I pay close attention to patterns in thoughts, emotions, relationships, and bodily responses, helping clients understand how past experiences may influence present-day challenges. Sessions often balance reflection with skill-building, supporting clients in developing emotional regulation, communication skills, and increased awareness of internal cues. Therapy is collaborative and adaptable, with goals shaped together and revisited as growth unfolds.
