Soho Couples Therapy is a specialist psychotherapy practice dedicated to LGBTQ+ couples and individuals.
Relationships can become strained for many reasons, including difficulties with intimacy, trust, communication, non-monogamy, parenting, or life transitions. Personal struggles such as anxiety, identity questions, internalised shame, or past trauma can also create distance between partners. These challenges often reflect deeper relational patterns.
Our work is grounded in psychoanalytic, psychosexual and integrative psychotherapy. We focus on both present difficulties and the underlying emotional dynamics that shape connection.
As the UK’s only psychotherapy practice solely dedicated to LGBTQ+ couples, we combine specialist clinical expertise with a deep understanding of LGBTQ+ relational life.
We also offer individual psychotherapy for LGBTQ+ adults exploring identity, intimacy, relationship patterns, separation, or life transitions.
Sessions are available in person in London, online across the UK and internationally. Our approach is thoughtful, in-depth, and collaborative, supporting meaningful and sustainable change.
