I began my work as a licensed therapist in 2006. I enjoy working with clients in many areas. I specialize in infertility counseling in providing psychological consults, evaluations, and screenings for egg donors, gestational carrier (surrogacy), embryo, and Sperm donors and consult for donor recipients. I also provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families with anxiety, communication, depression, marriage counseling, stress, trauma, work-life balance. I also work with clients seeking introspection, coping skills and personal growth. I provide therapy to individuals and couples to improve quality of relationship and improved communications. As your therapist It is my role to provide a safe and confidential environment for the therapeutic process.

Approach Description: My approach to therapy is to assist you in navigating your way through life challenges. Whether it be relationships, healing past trauma or the setbacks of infertility, my approach is person centered in that I join you in where you are in your process of grief, pain, anxiety and work toward resolutions that allow for healing, understanding, insight, and introspection that allow you to feel empowered and experience comfort from your therapy session. We work together to assess, process and gain insight.

  • Online Therapy Details: I offer online therapy to clients who need access to via tele health through doxyme, zoom, and google team. I do request that in order to make online therapy productive that you set aside private time and private space so you are in a confidential and private setting as you would be if you were in person. My role as your therapist is to assess your goals for therapy. Therapy is a process and significant investment in your mental and emotional self care. I utilize art therapy as a tool to heal past trauma and PTSD. I believe you the client ultimately have the answers within you but may need the therapy session and therapeutic relationship to gain perspective and insight to an issue or situation that leads to peace and healing.
