Helping others is my greatest passion. In my almost 20 years as a licensed professional counselor, I have rewardingly helped numerous clients through many difficulties, including parenting, relationships, career decisions, marriage difficulties, bipolar, emotional difficulties, grief, trauma, schizophrenia, stress, depression, and anxiety. My overall goal is to be effective in helping you through a caring therapeutic relationship, treating you with the highest level of respect. I also offer a variety of testing services for ADHD, autism, personality disorders, and IQ. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and take a compassionate, individualized approach to counseling. No two people are the same and neither are their obstacles. Individuals enter counseling for a variety of reasons and I understand the unique needs of each person.
