Hi, I’m Taylor! If you’ve found your way here, something in your life might feel heavier than it looks on the outside. Maybe you’re showing up for everyone else while running on empty, feeling stuck in relationship patterns, or navigating a transition that’s left you unsure of who you are. In therapy, you don’t have to have it all together, you just get to be human. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you navigate difficult thoughts and emotions with more flexibility, while incorporating compassion-focused work to reduce self-criticism and build a more supportive relationship with yourself.
I also use relational, emotionally focused, and family systems approaches to explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, especially in relationships. Internal Family Systems (IFS) and narrative therapy allow us to better understand different parts of yourself and the stories you’ve carried.
Above all, my work is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in your strengths. Therapy is not about fixing you, it’s about helping you better understand yourself and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families (ages 12+) navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, body image concerns, relationship conflict, and more. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, focusing on what feels most important and relevant to you.
I integrate evidence-based practices with a relational and trauma informed lens, meaning we explore both your internal experiences and the patterns within your relationships and environment. I also have specialized training in SYMBIS premarital counseling, trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), and financial therapy, allowing me to support clients in preparing for marriage, processing trauma, and navigating the emotional side of money.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
