I work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, family issues & more. You may be here because you realize that you need to make a change and are willing to take a leap of faith to make it happen. I prefer clients who are motivated to engage in therapy actively & have an open mind to improve their functioning and quality of life. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to help you process problematic thoughts and behaviors, challenge yourself to be vulnerable, and take accountability.
I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to process their trauma and other distressing experiences. I wish to arm them with effective tools and strategies that can positively impact their mental health and well-being. I specialize in adapting my approach to meet the diverse needs and requirements of each client. I am committed to providing my clients with unconditional positive regard and support on their journey.
I know life can be hard sometimes and we may need a safe space to process. We are all human at the end of the day. We all experience hardships, whether financial, social, or spiritual. My task is not simply to tell you how to "get over it" but rather to be an ear to listen and show compassion while providing professional and quality service.
Life can be difficult at times, and we need a secure environment to discuss our feelings. At the end of the day, we are all human beings who face challenges, whether they are financial, social, or spiritual. My role is not to tell you to "get over it." Instead, I am here to listen to you attentively and provide compassionate, professional, and high-quality assistance.
