You may be successful in many areas of your life and yet find yourself struggling internally. Perhaps you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in recurring relationship patterns, or questioning the direction your life is taking. Maybe you're carrying grief, navigating a major transition, or simply sensing that something important is asking for your attention.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and listen more deeply to your experience. Together, we'll explore not only the challenges that bring you to therapy, but also the underlying patterns, emotions, beliefs, and life experiences that may be shaping them. As insight develops, new possibilities for growth and change can emerge.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I believe that symptoms such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or feelings of emptiness often have important stories to tell. Rather than focusing solely on managing symptoms, I help clients understand the deeper roots of their struggles while developing practical ways to create greater balance, resilience, and well-being in daily life.
Drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and depth psychology perspectives, I support clients in exploring recurring patterns, strengthening self-awareness, healing old wounds, and cultivating a more authentic relationship with themselves.
I provide telehealth therapy for adults throughout California and welcome the opportunity to learn more about what brings you to therapy and whether we may be a good fit to work together.

My style is warm, relational, and deeply empathic. Our connection and a shared sense that we are a good fit for one another is essential for the success of therapy. I place a high value on forming a strong therapeutic relationship so that you can feel safe and supported to do the hard work that is necessary for lasting change.
I work holistically and eclectically, incorporating depth psychotherapy approaches such as Jungian psychology and archetypal psychology, psychodynamic therapy, somatic therapy, attachment theory, and inner child and parts work.
Additionally, I have extensive training in yoga, including a Master of Arts in Yoga Studies where I studied the philosophies and embodied practices of yoga and other Indian spiritual traditions. I may draw upon these traditions in our work together.
I am currently practicing under auspices of Grateful Heart Holistic Therapy Center where I am under the Supervision of Rayne Banneck, LMFT#124607.
