I believe that being healthy does not mean perfection... that CHANGE is a very personal process and that WELLNESS encompasses the body, mind and soul. As the owner of Season's Practice, inspiring change is my passion and it is the core of my entire team. I strive to motivate my clients to be the best they can be at any given moment...designing and executing a plan to become more aware, more focused and more open to growth. We will celebrate the tiniest of successes, but also focus on the journey of transformation ahead, never letting being "ok" or "stuck" get in the way of bigger dreams and possibilities. I wholeheartedly hope that our work together will pave the way for my client's in living a life on their terms after therapy has concluded.
